2023 Tournaments

1st Tournament - Belhaven

Results from tournament:

Thank you to everyone who made it out to this year's first tournament in Belhaven. It was a great day to have everyone together and an even better day for fishing!

1st place in the main tournament and biggest trout winner was Sean Braly with a total weight (2 fish) of 9.23 lbs and largest trout weight was 4.83lbs

2nd was Jason Soper with 6.45lbs

3rd was Justin Sanders with 6.27

Largest and only redfish was caught and won by Bob Hills weighing in at 5.1 lbs

2nd Tournament - Wilmington

1st place with 23.75" -

Black Drum:

1st place with 18.5" - Evan Jacobs

2nd place with 17" - Dan George

Sheepshead:

1st place with 19.5" - Larry Hardee

We had a turnout with 12 Anglers competing!

3rd Tournament - Swansboro

We had a great turnout with 22 Anglers competing!

I would also like to thank Pogie's Fishing Charters, Coastal Tours, Kayaking, and Rental Center for letting us fill their parking lot up on such short notice!

There was some trash fish caught and the winner was Larry Hardee.

We also had for this tournament a side trout pot due to see them in the area. The winner for this one was Larry Hardee.

We had a turnout with 14 Anglers competing!

5th Tournament - Vandemere

23 anglers fished in the final tournament.

The Vandemere tournament was a huge success FIRST OFF let me just say we raised 400$ just from the tournament alone and another 200 from a few awesome members who wanted to help out. THANKYOU BOTH!

1st place : Mike Santos with 7.26lbs

2nd place : Sean Braly with 6.62lbs

3rd place : Larry Jones with 3.49lbs

Longest redfish went to Alex Derby with 24inches

Heaviest single trout went to Larry Jones

with 3.49lbs
